2. Claim your firm's address

3. Client identity protection

Client names and contact details are locked with a key that only your firm holds. You are about to create that key by choosing a firm passphrase. We never see the passphrase and cannot recover it. If it is lost: the interview packets in your inbox are unaffected, but client names in the log below become permanently unreadable, and you will create a new key for future interviews.
